Bug Remote Config Dashboard Signin Fail

    Hi,
    For now i can't connect dash board(https://app.remote-config.unity3d.com/projects), it always disconnect then redirect my account to Sign-in page. It said:

    Code (CSharp):
    1. https://api.unity.com/v1/oauth2/end-session?access_token=undefined
    Still i can login and go to another service like Analytics, Ads, Asset Store. But only when connect to Dashboard, it logout then redirect to sign-in page as i said above.

    https://app.remote-config.unity3d.com/projects seems to work for me, have you tried clearing your browser cache?

    Yes i am. At this moment it's connecting success.
    But if i try connect it after 3 hours, it'll logout my account, then redirect to Login page. Then i must login again to access Remote Dashboard.

    If you are idle for 3 hours, I would expect it ask for a login. It looks to be working for me now, can you confirm?

    It's still log me out with url:

    Code (CSharp):
    1. https://api.unity.com/v1/oauth2/end-session?access_token=undefined
    What i do step by step is:
    1. Check on another service like analytics, ads, my Unity Id still log on.
    2. Connect Remote Dashboard by: https://app.remote-config.unity3d.com/projects
    3. It's log me out, then redirect to : https://id.unity.com/en/conversations
    4. I need to sign-in again.
    5. Then it redirect me to: https://app.remote-config.unity3d.com/projects
    6. Then comeback to step 3.

    What i try to solve it, but not success:
    - Delete cache browser
    - Turn off ad block.

    What i solve to connect success:
    - Use Incognito Chrome Mode

    Where are you located? Do you have any proxy or firewall settings in place? And this happens after 3 hours idle time?

    Hi, it's still happen to me, i can't login to Dash Board on my Chrome Browser, it always log me out. Must use Incognito to access all the time. I think it's issue by some of my chrome Extension, i will try to finger it out.

    Yes, it could be an ad blocker or similar plugin, but not something we have heard of. Could you capture the network calls via Chrome Developer Tools, and attach the .har file? Or use Fiddler or Charles Proxy to do the same. That will likely tell us the issue. https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002917683-Using-Charles-Proxy-with-Unity
