Bug Remembering full-screen incorrectly

    If a full-screen game is made non-full-screen via the window manager, it still believes it was full-screen when the app starts next time. However, it stores the last window size as the resolution and switches the screen to that saved resolution.

    I was able to confirm this with popular Unity games as well, such as Oxygen Not Included. It also starts up full-screen in a strange resolution.
