    Sorry, the issue isn't that there's no popup, the issue is that there's no download button, so I never get to the popup. I should have been more clear.

    sorry hesa2020, I still havn't been able to get it. I just tried again. There's just no download button even though it says to click the download button. I checked my emails too.
