Feedback Released Packages should have a meaningful manual package

I just created a new Project and saw a 1.0.0 release of Multiplayer Tools. Maybe here was finally the ability to test mp without relying on lengthy build times every time.

But the package documentation is just deserted. Nothing in the manual but the tagline and every link leads to a 404.

Very disappointing state of affairs.
