Looks nice and the demo run at 60 FPS in my crappy PC.

I added to my wish list and will keep an eye on this. Nice work.

Hi everyone! I’m currently working on an update for the Multistory Dungeons which will include furniture and small items such as books, potions, flasks etc. You can just put some objects here and there to make your dungeon more interesting or even make a library or an alchemy lab.

    Here are some WIP screenshots:

I've finished texturing props and now making presets to save you from the need to place every little item individually. But you will still be able to do that, of course.

Just bought this and I have to say WOW! Thank you for a great asset. Definitely a step up from the typical "dungeon". I was worried it wouldn't look good in 1st-person, but even just playing around with the prefab scene, I'm loving this! Great style and low overhead, especially how "heavy" it feels.

    Wetcircuit,
Thank you for a positive feedback!
Actually, I've never seen the assets from this angle with a proper sky. Looks awesome! Good job!
I am planning to add ceiling parts soon to improve usability for 1-st person games.

Oooh! I wanted to ask if you had anything more in the works.... :) I was going to ask for a low stone "bridge" (like to cross a river) but actually I think I can work it out with the existing set.... I just found the arch that is 1 unit wide....

If you are looking for suggestions, I can think of a few I could use:

    ramps
a "main gateway" arch (a 2 or 3-block wide arch that could also serve as a wider bridge, or romanesque buttress alternative)

cosmetic exterior "slit" windows... to help break up the walls.
    Screen Shot 2015-09-10 at 3.07.25 PM.png
maybe the Romanesque double-arch that fits inside a bigger arch like this:
    Screen Shot 2015-09-10 at 2.51.30 PM.png
and... well, it's a bit churchy, but maybe a big rose window, carriage gate, or various wall options to fit inside that 2-block arch?
    Screen Shot 2015-09-10 at 3.08.08 PM.png
(actually after consulting google I see there are lots of ways to put windows inside a big arch, like Hagia Sophia is just another wall with lots of arches....

I like that your set isn't too specific in any time period. it's not overly Gothic or Romanesque, and the balustrades are kinda Renaissance.... It all just works together and looks good.

But I'm sure you have thought about this way more than I have. Looking forward to it, and left you a review!

@Paykoman, thank you! All textures are handpainted, I didn't use high poly techniques for this set. Glad you like it!

@Mana Station, I saw these assets demonstrated in another thread and just had to have them when they came up on sale today. Looking forward to trying them out. They look amazing and I am just glad that they were on my radar as I may not have grabbed them today otherwise.

I didn't test it on a mobile device, so unfortunately I can't tell for sure. I plan to make a mobile version in a month or so, after I finish my current tasks.

Anyway we could get normal maps, ao and specular for the textures? I know this wasn't specifically built for PBR (and being hand painted it might not look great) but I would still love to see if it could be made to work in a U5 PBR environment.

Fantastic asset I am glad I bought it in any case.

Thank you, glad you like the set!
PBR materials should be available in a few days, the update is submitted and waiting for review.
There are still no normal maps though. Adding normal maps to existing hand-painted textures is a bit tricky. I'll work on that later, but I can't promise anything. Thanks for understanding.

@montyfi Yes, I am planning to work on normal maps a bit later. It may be difficult to create proper normal maps for existing hand-painted textures, but I'll do my best.

Hi everyone! During the last two weeks I've been working on normal maps and almost finished the high-poly stage. You can see some of the new models on the screenshot below.

@miraclechan Unfortunately I can't give you any time estimate because I'm still very busy with other tasks and didn't even start working on mobile version. I'll try to get to it as soon as possible.

New minor update is available! It contains an archive with prefabs modified to work in linear color space. So if your project works in linear color space then all you have to do is just drag and drop Assets folder from the archive to replace files in your project. The set works in gamma space by default.

You can find a color space setting under Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings.

Thought I'd share a couple of screenshots where I'm using some of the prefabs to make an external entry point that will take the player inside :)

They are. They're a little too brightly coloured to fit in with other assets that I'm using and I've applied a general rock normal map instead of the one supplied to add a bit of 'roughness' to the stone :)

@smada luap Yeah, they do fit in nicely this way, good job! If you have more stuff like this to share, please feel free to post it here. Always fun to discover the ways people use this asset. And it's helpful too!

I think about adding pits and trap doors, but I need some time to finish my new set first. I've been working on Dungeons for over a year now and you know... got a bit tired) I need to work on something else, before getting back to it.
You can check my progress on the new set on FB: https://www.facebook.com/mana4free

Couple shots from me, very nice normal textures, good job, thank you for that! Changed my review by the way, giving 5 stars. And only one asset in whole store has round rooms, yours :)

@smada luap Yeah, that looks really cool! And you actually found a good use of round staircases! I didn't find a good place for them in the demos, but decided to include them in the package anyway. Thought that devs will be able to come up with some interesting ideas like that one :)

Just a request for your next pack. Can you include some rooms and hallway sections as prefabs? It really helps me to build my levels quickly if i have some pre-made modules that i can just connect together.
