[RELEASED} Massive Modular Building Kit

I have been Working on an asset to provide the ultimate in modular building, not something specific, but something that can be limited only by imagination. Making level design easy, fast and consistent. 792 total pieces

All Are made on the same size base tile, and are seamless, so you build anything that takes your mind, and if using seamless textures all are capable incredible customisation.

All created in editor, and as low tri as poss (most are 100-300 for standard, huge and complicated pieces can be around 1500, decoration seems to average 80-90). With proper optimisation, draw calls are nice and low as well.

Looking to release at around the £30 mark

If anyone has any tips for a first release, i am all ears.
