Hi, i've created this package containing low poly style cartoon trees, stones, farmhouse / barn, buildings, houses, vehicles, modular roads, modular ground and water blocks, boats, port, dock, rocks, cabins, animated windmill, camping tents and other related props, farm props and crops, etc... with LODs and can be used to build outdoor cartoon scenes (forests, ranch, farms, etc...). This package is now available for sale on Unity Asset Store.

NEW ASSETS ADDED IN THE LAST UPDATE (VER 2.0):

• 8 New houses and cabins
• Modular Roads and pillars Parts with elevations, to build your multi level roads (see the demo)
• Modular Ground and Water Blocks, plus ground elevations (you can now compose your scene ground by composing ground and water blocks).
• 13 Vehicles (cars, pickups, police car, trucks) in different colors with separated wheels
• 12 different Boats with a separated motor (that you can attach if you want) and Boat Paddles
• Port and Dock
• An animated Windmill
• Wooden bridge (in 4 different sizes)
• Electric Lines and Poles
• Road Signs
  
• New crops with fruits and a script that allows to grow crops (You add the prefabs corresponding to each grow level, and the scripts allows you to switch from a grow level to the next by simply calling a method).

This product is not the same as "modular cartoon city assets" ???

 

If you refer to this: Modular 3d cartoon city assets package no, that is a different package i'm working on which includes city assets in a similar cartoon style. This cartoon farmhouse + trees & stones package instead contains assets to build ranch/farmhouse/forest scenarios and also has a slightly different cartoon style (this is more "paperish" style).

 

Some updates... i've added more props (trucks, logs, farmhouse props, fences, streets, signs, lamps, mountains, etc...) and improved some assets.

 

Hi guys, here we go, i've completed this Cartoon Forest & Farm Pack and i've already sent to Unity Asset Store for approval a couple of days ago, so i expect this package will be available on Unity Asset Store for purchase in the next days (maybe before the end of this week).

The price tag i've set is only 25 $ for launch.

The package contains 102 objects, most of them with different LOD versions and preconfigured with LODGroups. If you count the LOD models too there are around 200+ models inside the Cartoon Forest & Farm Pack package.

As i've already wrote in the previous posts, this package is mobile ready, so you can use for both desktop and mobile projects. The demo scene that you find inside the package runs at full 60 fps on my Nexus 5! ;-)

I couldn't resist the temptation of buying this asset .

I have to say after testing it.

It looks beatiful, it runs fast as hell (Demo scene run at 80fps in my very old (5 years) test machine ) and i want more assets with that style.

Hey guys! I remember you that this package is currently discounted at a crazy price of only 5$, and it contains many assets to build your exterior cartoon scenes.

I just want to let you know I've just released a new update (ver. 2.1) which includes the assets packaged also for unity 5 (other than for unity 4.6.x) for your convenience. I've also renamed the package into "Happy Cartoon Village Low Poly Kit" which I think is more descriptive.

How can it be only 9.1MB by having so many objects? Can I really use this for my VR game? Can I place objects as I like? I mostly care "lagging".
