    I'm happy to tell you that Greenwood Fantasy Village has been released!

    Greenwood Fantasy Village is a modular flexible package of stylized PBR 3D-models, materials and particles in a cute fairytale style. This package includes modular terrain and over 100 objects for populating the world. It's not only a village, it's a little (or even big =)) world! Also this package includes specially designed Object Placement Tool - the tool for easy objects placing on any mesh.

    Main features:

    • modular landscape;

    • over 100 unique objects (besides of landscape modules);

    • сompletely customizible houses colors;

    - two pre-build demo scenes (day and night);

    • good for both the top-down view and for the 3rd person and 1st person;

    • includes Object Placement Tool (watch video). This tool allows you to place objects on any mesh by mouse click and will save few hours for you, when you need to populate a big scene with different objects like vegetation, rocks, fences, decals etc.

    Looks great! I like the blue lights. Maybe you can add a watermill, a lumberjack outpost and a creepy witch house would be nice, that is like crooked and has a little tower.

    Thank you! We have a windmill instead of watermill) lumberjack - it's a good idea :)

    We have already submitted this pack to Unity Asset Store few days ago! It will be available in about a week or two.

    The lightmap isn't compatible and i got many black textures on the trees.

    About the lighting:
    You have to bake the lighting in Unity 2017 again, if you want to use the demo scene. Simply press the "Generate Lighting" button in the Lighting window.

    About black textures:
    I already submitted the new version that works in Unity 2017. The update will be live in 5-7 days. But for now you can fix it by yourself: simply switch the shader on the plants material to Standard (Specular Setup) and to the Standard on the vegetables material.
    Anyway, you will get the fixed version in few days, once the Asset Store team review it.

    Hi. I'm trying to follow your Speed Level Design video

    and have a couple of questions:

    1) My prefab folder doesn't show previews like in the video. Any idea why? village.PNG
    2) How do you get the ground modules to snap with such precision?

    Hi!
    1) It's Unity problem, try to make some changes to prefab, and preview may be updated.
    2) You can press and hold the Ctrl key and move/rotate/scale any game object. It's a grid snapping. Also you can use the V key for vertex snapping.

    Hello. Thank you for a wonderful asset.
    When I built "DemoScene_mobile" on Android, the ground was not displayed. LightMap is baked.
    Those built into IOS seem to be displayed correctly.
    Do I have the necessary build settings and graphic settings?

    Hmm, it's weird. Can you please tell me, what android device do you test it and Unity version, that you use?

    Ah, simply change this shader to its mobile variant (without PBR prefix).

    You already selected it - Ground Vertex Blend (Lambert, No Normal). Sorry, I forgot to change its path to Mobile category.

    I changed the shaders, bake the light map again and build it again.
    But the result did not change.
    As far as Logcat is concerned, in particular, no error is found.

    After rewriting the shader a bit, it was rendered normally.
    before: fixed3 powerNormal;
    after: float3 powerNormal;

    I am not familiar with shaders, so I do not know if this is correct.
    My Android device may have low fixed3 accuracy.

    My problem was solved

    Looks awesome so far, can you please add a winter version or sell a winter version as a seperate pack? (I don't know how much work it would be to add winter set to this pack)

    Thanks so much!! That solve my issue as well in IOS but only on iPhone, iPad Pro is still showing white textures for the ground textures.

    @NOT_Lonely These houses look perfect for the game we are developing. Do they have interiors or is there any plan to add interiors?
