[RELEASED] EDDIE'S VR KIT / VR STARTER KIT FOR OCULUS

    Got it! I had to tag the ground plane as 'ground', and have it on Default layer, not ground layer.

    The "X" button on the left Controller is a toggle for Teleport Mode. Then a green circle appears wherever you are looking at. You can rotate the Teleport target with the right joystick. Then to teleport you click down on the left joystick.

    Also put the "NEEDED" Prefab and The "Player" Prefab into your own scene and give the ground the tag "Ground" in order to use teleport in any new scenes you may make.

    Arghh!!! Motion sickness matey!
    Hi. Is there a way to change this to 45 degree clicks instead of the constant motion when turning? By searching I see this has been suggested. Is there a way to do this natively, or can you point me to which script would need to be changed? Thanks.

    We spent months last year trying to help people who suffer from motion sickness. Some get over it over time. Some don't. That is why we added teleporting. You are free to customize the MasterController_VRKIT script. It is based off of a Standard Rigidbody Controller.

    I just submitted an Update to the current Version of Unity. I updated all the Packages EXCEPT "VR INTERACTION". This is do to a Bug that breaks some of Unity's own code. I will report this to them and do another Project update when I get a response from them. Until then I recommend that you Don't Update that one package.

    Does this work on Quest 2? Unity Version 2019.4.16f1
    Followed the video.
    A new URP project
    Imported the VR Starter Kit.
    Built the DEMO APP to run on Quest 2
    Blank screen or A 2D Screen of the Welcome Demo Scene in Quest Home screen.
    Advanced Thanks for the reply.

    Oculus PlugIn versions had issues. Its working. :)

    Is it possible to use the roomscale instead of stationary?

    Just bought this plugin, can't test it yet
    4 errors right away

    'AxisDragInteractable.OnSelectEnter(XRBaseInteractor)': no suitable method found to override
    'AxisDragInteractable.OnSelectExit(XRBaseInteractor)': no suitable method found to override
    'DialInteractable.OnSelectEnter(XRBaseInteractor)': no suitable method found to override
    'DialInteractable.OnSelectExit(XRBaseInteractor)': no suitable method found to override

    Would love some guidance.

    Adding the Oculus Integration plugin produces like 5 more errors. Really would love some direction on proper setup because this is not working out of the box.
