    Hi,

    when i use plasma rainbox shader on a sprite it works perfectly in editor, all colors are moving smoothly, Once i publish to mobile the animation seems broken. The script adds _TimeX on every update call and everytime this amount reaches 0.25 , 0.5, 0.75 , 1.0, 1.25 and so on the colors jump instead of moving on smoothly but only at these points. @vetasoft maybe you can help me out whats going on there?

    I bought your asset it was great, But I was wondering how did you achieve the shadow that was shown in your screenshot of the avatar?

    Hi YukiChan,

    You should use Gradient.

    Put the first color and the second color to black, then the alpha color of the second color to 0, this should simulate a progressive shadow

    @vetasoft . I'm looking for something that can draw outlines around my objects. Just a few quick questions:
    1>Does this component require adding colliders?
    2>What are the formats supported? will it work for fbx object created in blender?

    I've been looking around for a week and your component is the most promising i've seen so far.

    hey when is the next release with the shader fix coming out? Btw when you instatiate a prefab with this shader it is not shown unless you already have 1 in scene, is this intended?

    Hey,

    I'm fairly new to unity so forgive me if this is a obvious question. I've noticed when using the easy sprite shaders that draw calls are increased for each duplicate gameobject if one of your shaders is used even tho the same material is selected. This is not the case if you use the default sprite shaders in unity.

    Can anything be done about this or is this just the way shaders work in unity?

    Are the effects work with drawings that are animated with Mechanic? For example, the outline?

    Good job. thanks. hope you guys do something to compatible with NGUI 2d sprite. also developer can change it by himself.

    How we can change the shaders programatically? I try this but no success:

    "render" is my SpriteRender.

    render.material = new Material(Shader.Find("EasySprite2D/Destroyed_FX_EasyS2D"));
    render.material.SetFloat("_Alpha", 1);
    render.material.SetFloat("_Distortion", _TimeX);
    render.material.SetFloat("_Size", Random.Range(0f, 1.0f));

    Hi, I just bought this pack. My only reason and need for this pack was the Outline effect. My impression is that the Outline effect doesn't work that nicely on thin objects or objects with very pointy angles as you can see in my screenshot. Is there a way to improve this? I wanted to add sticker-like feeling in my sprites with some what thick white outline. The screenshot is very zoomed:

    So... Is this asset dead? was about to buy it but if there is no support and will all the errors poping out on new versions what is the point... Although was exactly what i was needing...

    Hi everybody,

    Remember that Easy Sprite 2D work only with SpriteRenderer and does not support texture atlas.

    Easy Sprite 2D trully add special FX to your sprite but is not a magic tools, you need to use Easy Sprite 2D in the good way.

    Also, we are working on a new Sprite Fx asset, with lot of effects, speed improvement, and much much more.

    2 things this only works with individual images, not with sprite sheets, and most of the materials doesn´t work and appear purple, just as the crystal one and it needs an update... if you have any date, please share it with me, I just bought it, and it needs to work

    I think it would be better if you could answer here so everybody would see that you care and we would not ask same question twice :) I posted my question Feb 5th 2015 and it's still in this thread. Can you answer here or do I have to copy-paste it to an email?

    Hi Tkoknordic,

    We have submited an all new upgraded version of Easy Sprite with a all new name, it will be released soon !

    For the outline effect that look like your mario fx, our actual FX add simple outline effect not as good as a photoshop outline effect with shadow.

    But we are working on a incredible way to add outline effect, like your picture and much more but it's still in development.

    Stay tuned to the asset store, I will post here a message when the new version is ready.
