[RELEASED] Dog Barks 1.0

What? A pack of dog barks? Why? This is the first in a series of soundpacks that I will be releasing on the Unity store. Each sound has undergone processing to become as clear as possible. When a player may hear a sound a thousand times in your game, you want them to hear those sounds, and have a positive association. Each sound comes to you in Stereo, Mono, Left/Right hinted, so you can position audio exactly where you want.

I am looking for some reviewers and bloggers to give an honest evaluation of my sound packs. Private message me here or email me chis.fisher@gmail.com and I will voucher you a pack for free. Also if you have a specific sound request, we can make that happen too.

 

This is a great idea! However, I have one comment to give you now...please put samples of the asset so we can hear them. There are so many audio assets that I consider only to find out that the asset being sold does not have a sound sample. Some have samples of other sounds, but sorry...rain does not translate to bird songs. If a pack includes bird sounds...or dog barks, I want to hear it. I don't mind chimes or voice overs to protect the work, but I don't to fill my cart with items I find out I can't use later.

Oh..and request...animal sounds, good clear animal sounds with lots of variety, like your dog pack. I need farm animals and normal real animals you find in forests, mountains, meadows, deserts and swamps.

I would be happy to suggest a list if you like.

 

There's a mix of the sounds in the pack via the soundcloud link, Unity themselves require this.

Okay, I played the Soundcloud demo and all of my cats made a mad dash for my bedroom.

VERY good sound. Clear with lots of variety. I would love to see more of these with different animals. Thank you for making this. I don't need dogs at the moment, but I might in the future. Great job.

 

Thank you! I spend quite a bit of time on each sample... a lot of the sound effects out there are not of the quality that you would expect from a FILM or AAA game, hoping I can bridge that gap.

 

The sample sounds great, though if possible, dogs of different pitches (Ex. Chihuahua) would be nice.

 

There's a bit more variety than in the sample, need to make better samples. However an update is already in the works, to add even more barking (my poor ears).
