    Hello everyone

I want to introduce myself and present to you my prop pack for game levels.

My name is Mike Norton, I work as an IT QA Lead by day but by night I am starting to follow my passion for 3d model and asset creation. I was recently inspired by @AdamGoodrich and the videos he has made surrounding GeNa. I took the inspiration he offered up and got off my rear and started working on this first asset pack to use with GeNa or hand placed.

My first pack to be released is: CorcraProps - Rustic

This pack has just over 90 prefabs for now, it will grow as I add more content to it, of bits and bobs that are very suitable for a rustic environment. Medieval, fantasy, backwoods. . you name it. I also took a bit of inspiration from my recent replay of Skyrim when SSE came out.

I have not tested the prefabs with GeNa yet but I believe they should work.

Any questions or tips are greatly appreciated. And if there is an object you need for your game or would like included in a pack please let me know.

    Features

All materials are PBR 2K textures.
The models share texture groups to keep the overhead down while still delivering great visual fidelity.

The package comes with 77 meshes, and 92 prefabs.

Meshes are modeled to represent real world scale and should fit seamlessly into Unity if your project is using 1 Unity unit = 1 meter.

While the furniture and walls are in the pack for free I will be putting together a free asset pack with those items for anyone that would like them.

Still no update from Unity on my submission.

This is really good quality. I am a bit confused about your plans for the future. Will you be growing this pack significantly, or will you be doing a bunch of other packs at separate cost?

Maybe I am stating the obvious, but with things like interior or even village packs, they need to be pretty complete because even though everything you have is good quality and realistic style, it is still difficult to mix-n-match content from too many artists within the same camera view.

    Thanks Carve!

My plans for the Rustic pack is to continue to build it up with props that fit within this style. I do not have a set number in mind yet but I am compiling and starting to work on new meshes. The one thing I want to do is provide the new meshes that fit into this pack to those who have purchased it at no additional investment.

I also have plans for other packs that are in a different style than Rustic. So those will be coming out in the future.

I hope that makes make sense.

    :)

yeah, as someone who buys often from the store, I think that is the best model ... even if you drift up the cost of your pack as you add more stuff. it rewards people who jump in and buy early. You build a lot of goodwill with those buyers if you continue to add to the pack which makes them eager to jump on the next pack you produce.
