    Still working for TPS asset. I created over 200 animations so it takes time.

    can i ask what you will be doing with the tps. will you be adding the advanced survival kit system to the tps ( this would be amazing ) ( i own all your assets )

    Hi, I picked up this pack just for the first person controller, but considering all the other templates it includes it's really good value!

    The first person one feels very modular and easy to understand. The only issue I'm having currently is trying to adjust the player speed. I thought I could just modify the 'Speed' variable, but whenever I press play it defaults back to '2'. Is this controlled elsewhere?

    When I press stop it shows the value that I entered again. I've tried overwriting the prefab etc.. any idea what I'm doing wrong please?

    Change it from Sprint FSM. From Idle and Increase Speed States.

    Got it! I own a few of your assets, will it be possible for example to take the third-person controller base and use the logic from the zombie shooter to implement it?

    Hi there. I'm still really enjoying playing around with the FPS prefab as my default controller now. It feels very good! I have a question on how to send damage to the player and how to specify the amount. I can see it has a integer for damage amount but not quite sure how to use it?

    Thanks in advance!

    EDIT: I've manually set the damage amount int to do 10 damage each time and can get that working.. but how would I change this amount of damage depending on what is colliding with the player etc? I tried making it global and setting the int value to something else but it didn't affect it.

    Use "Set FSM Int" and "Send Event by Name" actions.

    Set the damage amount variable with the first action, send the "Hit" event with the second action.

    That's great! Took a little fiddling but got it working. Just an FYI but I was getting a crash on death due to it attempting to Enable FSM 'Footstep Sounds' which didn't exist.. so just disabled here. Not sure what knock on effect that may have. upload_2023-7-15_23-5-57.png
