Actually 2 3rd link is the same as 1 which is accually for first part of music
Good idea to separate them by instruments, they can be easy modified with audio mixer.

In general, I prefer it when asset developers make a raffle or such instead of freely pasting out the codes. It does take a little more effort from the publisher, but it makes it fairer for everyone and helps the publisher by advertising the asset (Ex. every time someone posts to enter the raffle, the thread is bumped to the front of the Asset Store forum). Meanwhile, I will try and make a review of this asset if I find the time.
