Feedback Release notes comments

    Hi team,

    I haven't been here in a while but I was looking at the release notes for 2022.2b4 and I have a few comments/questions.
    1- I really like how you are now reporting the package version changes, with hyperlinks to both the old and the new version.
    2- I like the organization of the sections: Known Issues at the top, What`s new in b4, and then Everything since last version.
    3- In the Fixes section, there are a few issues which say they were first observed in 2023.1, which doesn't make any sense to me because if they were introduced in 2023.x, they shouldn't be in 2022.x ?

    Looking forward to trying the beta!
