    Hey All,

Just release a Unity game this week on Steam. Things are going smoothly with no major game breaking bugs. Only issue is one particular user can't get the game to work. Game boots, they are able to navigate fine in UI menus, but when they start the 2D graphics portion the game bugs out. Camera jumps around and nothing seems to happen as it should.

They have tried the usual stuff - reinstalling game, updating drivers, turning off third party programs. Nothing seems to work. I let them run a beta build with debugger and no error messages.

I'm stumped. I doubt it's the code. Any ideas if it's possible a Unity setting in the builder could cause such issues?

    I would:

    1. Ask him/her for system specs and OS + version
    2. Do any other common games crash in his system?
    3. Are all the drivers up to date? especially graphics card.

Get this info and post it here... are you sure he's not running on Windows Vista on a super old machine, get the obvious vetted out first...

Yup 1060 GTX updated drivers, Windows 10. Hasn't had problems with other unity games. They are still the only person with issues.
