[Release] Deciduous Forest Collection - Trees, Bushes, Textures

    Hello everyone!

    We are still very much onto terrains, but this time we want to provide you with some trees, bushes, plants and textures to make them look lifelike.

    Current Status: Available in the Unity Assetstore , Available in our Webstore

    Features:

    • High quality realistic assets: All textures are created from actual high quality photos.
    • Trees: 40 prefabs! Compatible with unity terrain!
      8 different types of trees and 3 models for each type of tree. Four trees come in "summer" version with leaves and another four come in "winter" version with dry branches. In addition 8 autumn leaf types are included. Each leaf type can be combined with each model to create hundreds of unique trees.
    • Bushes: 21 prefabs! Compatible with unity terrain!
      6 different types of bush and 3 models for each type of bush. Three bushes come in "summer" version with leaves and another three come in "winter" version with dry branches. In addition 8 autumn leaf types are included. Each leaf type can be combined with each model to create hundreds of unique bushes.
    • Ground Textures: All textures come in 2k resolution for maximum quality!
      Included are three dirt textures, four grass textures, two large scale grass textures one foliage cover texture and three grass billboard textures for unity terrain foliage cover.

    These all look really nice! Are there any LODs or reaction to wind on these (or planned)? I could not tell from your demos.

    Currently no LODs are implemented, but most trees are implemented as two-Level trees (trunk is a model, branches + leaves are textures). This allows for realistic looking trees that work well even in large amounts and on mobile platforms.
    In addition trees are fully compatible with unity terrain which uses a simple Billboard + Model system to lower performance strain. That also means that the trees support wind animations, all you need to do is add a wind zone!
