Release bundle contains bug

Hello all,

I am newbie in unity. My problem is that, I just made simple Kids Learn Math game for kids. Well, it run perfect in development mode and in mobile too. I generate release bundle and release in play store and it is run. But when i select category and play game: the dummy question and dummy options remain same and shuffle is not made. When i clicked dummy correct options, after that the question and options show another correct shuffle which needs to show in after click in play game. I don't know why it happens? Whether it still contains bug or something missing. Please help me on this.
