This is a new intelligent system perfect for your car game.

- Artificial intelligence for cars (detecting areas around cars)
- Calculation of car position (estimates good solutions to avoid conflicts)

- Artificial intelligence for characters/peoples in city (characters are crisscrossing obstacles, respawning, overtaking and more)

do you plan make it compatible with other vehicule package such Unitycar ?

 

yes, for example I added my own car physics. I have instructions in package about it. If you have own vehicle package it should be compatible if you will do all with my advices. If somebody will have problems or question about this package please tell me to contact above I will answer asap.

 

I bought it yesterday. Everything is described! It is very easy to make changes and if you want to make it compatible with your project - it isnt hard!

Package and demo updated. What is changed?(mainly):
-small fixes in person lines,
-changes in the car's physics - new fixes in friction of cars.
-camera in command panel
-bugs in map.
-for webplayer particle(smoke) is turned off(too heavy for some people)

and a lot of small details.

Just purchased this and it looks great. I'm using this for mobile (or planning to, anyway) and every CarEngineBOT script gives compiler errors (dynamic type?), such as:

(Assets/01.Project Files/Scripts/AICar IntelligentSystem (auto own per car)/BOT1/CarEngineBOT1.js(150,118): BCE0019: 'position' is not a member of 'Object'. )

I'll take a closer look at it tomorrow but wanted to post it here as well, in hopes that the OP can offer a quick fix.

 

yes, for this moment it isn't compabilty for phones. I will do update asap, with fixed problem for compiling to android and iOS. I have to search new solution for detecting lines by bots.

i mean where you need to reach a point in the city and you have competition something with or without checkpoint ( will be better with )

thanks, I think now this product is more compatible than last release. Now probability to search a bug or other not normal things is smaller, but version for webplayer is sometime bugged and some parts of package aren't works correctly. I will keep working on it.

 

is this compatible with android too ?

 

Why there are no video tutorials? without full documentations/video tutorials I would never manage to play with it it is complicated

 

Hi, what happened to it on the asset store? I went to go download it from there and it says the page does not exist. If so I would really like a refund, because I never even got to download the thing.

Well, my feelings about this asset are kind of mixed. In its core it does what it is supposed to do, but the hole package is limited and needs a lot of additional work. I will never use it in my project, but the money is gone.

I am waiting for general answer from unity support about this problem. Now I have only to wait for the solution, because I haven't capabilities to identify you.
