Bug regression: pull down menus cycle when using up down arrowkeys (1299740)

    repro:
    click on a pulldown menu and press arrowkey down in autorepeat until the bottom is reached.
    = the selector cycles back up to the top
    was = the selecteor remains at the bottom
    why this is bad: it kills UI topology, can't build muscle memory when things float like that

    What's a pulldown menu for you, like the one used for "Asset Bundle" in the Inspector?

    It always cycled for me, which is especially useful when the list is long, so you can just press "up" to be at the bottom.

    The cycle-functionality is even an OS feature on Windows.

    it was not cycling in 2017.
    That's true, long list can benefit from cycle, I think that long list access will be better handled when search is added to all pull down menus as scheduled next some time year.

    2017 was a long time ago now... just tested and it cycles in 2019.4 and personally cycling is much better and as peter said is consistent with OS behaviour.
