Bug regression: prefab update 5x slower in 2020.3.19 than in 2020.1.17 (1376745)

    pretty major loss in productivity as we "upgrade" to LTS

    Hi @laurentlavigne

    Unfortunately there is very little info in your bug report and in our performance test suites we haven't noticed a regression.

    Would you mind doing some profiling of the Editor? Just open the Unity profiler, enable profiling of the editor and maybe even deep profiling and try to capture the regression, what would help us a lot getting closer to where the issue might be.
