Resolved regression: package manager no longer gives access to version chain IN-14657

For some packages like the render pipelines this can be good to avoid conflicts but for things like burst or 3rd party packages where certain things worked better on some plateforms then we need to hit the json file and restart the editor instead of clicking on the version and updating, that's a loss of function, that's more clunky and slower way of finding the right recipe and so that's a regression.
