Bug regression: ctrl+scrollwheel no longer zooms the single pane project view (1290639)

    right around 2018 the zoom slider was removed and replaced by ctrl+scrollwheel which took some getting used to but was elegant with use.
    Now that shortcut is broken so there is no way to zoom into textures or model icons.
