Bug [regression] asset pipeline v2 about 3x slower than in 4.7

    so I looked in the setting to revert back to v1, guess what? can't do no more.

    repro:
    create new unlit shader
    press enter on the new name
    wait about 5 second for serialization
    compared to unity 4.7 this same operation took 1 second +/- finger wiggle

    Did you get a reply to your bug report (case number?) if they reproduced the issue?
