Ok, I'm creating an app to run on Windows Surface Pro. Yesterday I created a build from Unity on my Workstation and ran the build from Visual Studio in my Surface Tablet in mode Local Machine > Master > X86. Worked fine. Today I tried it again with a new build from Unity but when I run the new solution on my tablet it says:

How can I create a new build to test? How do I delete the old build? It appears that I need to create a new version of the same app Im creating just to test, is that accurate?

This usually does not happen, but I've seen it a couple of times. Try to find application in Start Screen and uninstall it from there.

You could also change the package name, by clicking Package.appxmanifest in the project, one of the tabs hold the name of the package.
