Regional Limitations?

    I'm collaborating with an artist out of Paris (I'm in the US) and for the life of us we can't get her project to upload or download new project files. There aren't any regional limitations in place at the moment are there?Just checking before we continue down our rabbit hole of debugging.

    There should not be any restrictions. I'd be happy to check how things are behaving from the service side for you, if you want to let me know what project ID you're using, or your org name.
