Regarding Support Submissions since 28 June

    We've identified an issue where support requests submitted through the Services dashboard since approximately 28 June have occasionally been populating in our system without the requester email address, meaning that replies from myself and the rest of the team may not have made it back to you.

    If you've submitted a support request within the last week and have not received a reply, please keep an eye out as we will be trying to reply to each of the affected tickets as quickly as possible.
