    I accidentally put $1000 into unity ads. and I received Email
    “Payment received
    Dear customer,
    We’re happy to inform you that we have received your payment.
    You can find the Receipt for your records below.
    If you have any questions, please reach out to ads-invoicing( email.)
    Receipt”

    I send email to ads-invoicing
    I accidentally put $1000 into unity ads. I would like to make a refund I’m really sorry.
    The dashboard has changed so much that I made a mistake.
    I tried to register my credit card for Unity services, but I clicked the wrong button and the payment ended up happening.

    I haven’t used my budget and it’s been 10 days since I sent the email. Please process it quickly.
    We are a Unity Game developer. We plan to use Unity Ads in the future, but since the game has not been released yet, we plan to use the Ads service after the game is released. I would like a refund because I need the money now. please.

    I've waited about 2 weeks now. Do I have to wait more?
    I don't understand why the Request's Status always appears as Complete even for issues being processed.

    Sorry for confusing you. I'm guessing that merged tickets were marked as closed.

    I'm also waiting for their responses on other matters, so I totally understand how you feel.
