Reflection Probe Missing Companent(HDRP Unity 2019.2.0a9)

My friend who works on level design has an issue about reflection probes, He downloaded a new Unity 2019 Beta version due to use new HDRP which is we are so excited about. Everything seemed so well until he tries to use a reflection probe. When he added a reflection probe and then all the values reflection probe should have are missing like Importance, intensity, Box Projection. He even tries to open a project who has a working Reflection Probe, after an amount of time, that working ReflectionProbe ended up the same way with others. Anyone who has/had this issue? A hint or something would be a great help. You can see the error below. Thank you.
