Reflection probe black in build

    Hello,
    it started happening a week or two ago but now, in build, all of our reflection probe data is empty or black. It works fine in editor.

    We have a reflection probe encompassing the whole scene.
    We tried baked, realtime and script updated probes.
    Having just one probe is broken, having no probes renders the skybox as a reflection correctly.

    What could be causing this ?

    Do you press Generate Lighting instead of Auto Bake? I had numerous issues like this when not baking it manually in the past.

    Adding the highlighted shaders to the list of Always Included Shaders (Project Settings\Graphics) fixed the issue for me.

    At some point I must've tried to clean up the build compiled shaders in order to decrease the build time and gone a bit overboard with it. After some googling I found a rather hidden-away thread in a forum somewhere that cleared this matter up for me.

    These shaders seem to be Unity-internal shaders needed to compute and display reflections. Not sure, though.

    Just wanted to say that this was exactly the problem I had. This fixed it instantly. Thanks for figuring it out.

    Yeah i have all these shaders in that list and it still bakes black.

    Same here. I have the three shaders in the list already and actually in editor view the probe works. On build, the material it affects is just pitch black.
