Question Reflect SyncService.exe seen as ransomeware by Symantec Endpoint Protection - cannot sync

    I'm unable to sync a model from Revit 2021.1.

    Anyone seen this before or have a fix?

    Hello JovanHarrodElc,
    You may want to try add the following paths to the exclusion list of Symantec:
    C:\ProgramData\Unity\Reflect\ServerStorage
    C:\Program Files\Unity\Reflect\Services\{version}\SyncService.exe
    On this last path, you'll have to replace the {version} by the right version you installed on your pc.
    Here is the procedure from Symantec (hopefully, its the right page, matching your version of Symantec Endpoint Protection):
