Reflect base app - Reflect Develop license

    In my company we are planning to buy reflect develop to add some features to the app, my questions are;

    1- With the develop license do I get unity source project used in the latest app (which version?) ?
    2- Is this same project used to build for PC/Mac/iOS/Android?
