Question Reference Error in Assembly Definitions

Hello. I am currently learning how to use assembly definitions in my project. But I am having problems with referencing upper assembly definitions.

I have one main assembly definition that is referencing various Library assemblies (Like textmeshpro, input system etc.)

But when I reference this main assembly definition in sub assembly definitions, I can't access the referenced Library assemblies.

Your sub assembly also needs to reference the TMPro assembly. They don't 'inherit' the references of assemblies they reference.

 

Thats interesting. I thought it will take its references assemblies as well. Thank you
