    Hi Guys

Using latest recorder with latest beta 2022.2.0b1

Doing a 360 with pathtracing, however there is no accumulation setting when doing 360view. Result is the image is noisy and also the pathtracing progress bar is visible in the output, ie it outputs before the image fully converge.

Can we please have the option for accumulation, or at least to wait for the image to finish rendering with pathtracing before it is output.

Also, when outputing to png or exr with patyhtracing, the sky is always cutout from the saved image regardless if the alpha option is ticked or not. With jpg it seems fine.

    Hey,

Unfortunately the graphics team does not have the bandwidth to implement accumulation for 360 views.
There is a very complicated method to help with the noisiness:
    * You can enable the accumulation yourself: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/c...high-definition@10.0/manual/Accumulation.html
    * You could in theory set your recorder to skip frames (available only for variable frame rate): crazy oversight on our end. This will output only the last accumulation subframe.
    * Set your own captureDeltaTime for the framerate you want (make sure it's done OnEnable)

For the sky, I have no idea what could you do

Hope this helps the slightest bit.

I'm not a coder, so none of that means anything to me

Not sure how this is suppose to work. I set playback to "variable" and set start and end frame to 30. However The frame looks exactly like before with the noise and the progress bar.

Again, not a coder. So how do I do that?

For example, I followed that page you linked to and then:
    upload_2022-7-21_17-24-25.png

So then I add it to my cam:
    upload_2022-7-21_17-24-48.png

...but I don't see any "Start Recording" or "Stop Recording" anywhere here!

The doc is out of date. Unfortunately we don't own that part of Unity.
This "ghetto" accumulation workflow I launched you on might not be right for you: there will be a lot of debugging involved :(
