Record Unity Gameplay and export it as .mp4 file

Hello Everyone, I want to record Unity Gameplay on Button click in the gameplay. After stopping the recording, can we have the record video as mp4 file for the user to save on his mobile?
Further, can we share easily on social media platforms from within the game itself?

Most likely you're going to have to use whatever your targeted platform uses for screen recording but from your projects code. There are assets for that if you don't want to do the work yourself.
