Recent iOS builder changes?

    I've been trying to debug a UCB-only signing issue related to 2019.4 for some weeks now, and recent builds have mysteriously started to work.
    Xcode 12.4 appears to have become available recently, but I wondered if there had been other changes, e.g. to Cocoapods or Fastlane versions?
