I m contacting both developers, but they are not supporting physics well like carx engine.
However, carx are not selling licenses anymore

Don't even bother with CarX, they just ignore your emails.

Unity 5 is coming out with updated wheel physics, or you can try UnityCar from the asset store.

i cant wait till unity5 release, as v4.6 is not released yet.
UnityCar is not answer well too, there support is too bad and slow plus to version 2 dont support drifting, and version 3 not accurate response when it will b released.

Don't support drifting? It's the settings, sir. You have no clue what you're talking about.

What exactly do you mean by 'dedicated' physics?

This isn't Unity specific but ISI licenses their engines. ISImotor2 is getting pretty old but Reiza Studios has shown that you can still make a pretty good sim racer out of it. The new version that ISI uses for rFactor2 would have much better drift physics but would be much more complicated to deal with and probably much more expensive.

Could be they aren't taking you seriously? I saw you mentioned you were interested in licensing in their official Unity forum thread, but a Google search turns up nothing related to "PC4TC".

No. Never even heard of them till today.

Half of that website is not working despite being over two months old and it is hosted through Blogspot.

No they are just useless. I've contacted them a few times.
