Yesterday received email with confirmation that my asset is Ready to be published on Asset Store:

"We've accepted your submission of '3D Medieval Lowpolly Pack' to the Unity Asset Store! Your package may already be live, and otherwise it should be live within the hour..."

after fixed some of demo scenes item location (to make them look better) uploaded again filles and switched some of media screenshots for updated versions.... Validate and uploaded package to new draft created from published ready asset....

Today my ready to published asset is not ready... instead is 1700+ in Queue, is this normal that need to again wait 6 weeks.

    Is this normal? Any advice?
Summited ticket for it, but probably will be responded later than this 6 weeks...

For me after an asset is accepted it can be updated and you will be placed in front of the queue (few business days)
Did you change the asset to a draft and submit it via there? Or did you make a new entry in some way?

Any change you make goes through approval again.

For me it has been going through the full cycle again. I do not have published the assets yet which may explain that behaviour.

I'm thinking it may be required to make consistent updates and/or sales on the store before you get to be in the fast lane for package update reviews. Which makes sense because Unity has an interest to prioritize publishers and/or assets that are popular and selling well while new publishers and/or assets first need to prove themselves (there's just soooo many of them, and the majority isn't providing anything of high value and/or quality to be both honest and mean ;)).

If you sent the new version before it actually was live, that was not an update to an existing asset but you replaced what you submitted to review...
It kinda makes sense to be sent to the end of the queue in that case since people would otherwise like to constantly tweak what they gave for review, increasing reviewing effort over and over.

No, actually you can re-submit an item that's in the queue without this affecting the position in the queue. This is mentioned either in the publisher portal or the publisher FAQ somewhere.

It worked with another package where I made some changes to marketing media and description and the queue # remained unaffected. Haven't tried uploading a new package but I don't think it will be different.

I've submitted an empty package two weeks ago and I have another 3+ weeks to fill it with content because I want to make sure it's going to be live by December so I'm prepared to make the final (initial) submission shortly before it gets reviewed. ;)

I think his asset was fully approved. Maybe that's the difference?

Yes, if the asset is approved and you make a change to it the asset goes back to the end of the line.

In past was pushing update of files when near end of queue like 300+, or was pushing update after asset was added to Asset Store, and it never affect my queue number. But this time was looking for some final small upgrade.

    So truly no hope,
@CodeSmile did you read this in some submission guide, or this is just well know among more experience users?

Maybe someone know some Unity Asset Store guy which could read this topic and save me? Feel kind of abandoned.... And if not me maybe they will fix it for future, so no one will fall in this endless quene hole
