Question Reading the API Docs

Hello all,

I am struggling to read and understand many of the new API documentation systems (Input System, Post Processing, etc.) I'm a fairly good programmer (not great), but do understand more than the fundamentals. Yet, Unity documentation at times has me in a head spin.

How can one learn about new concepts Unity brings out if they find it difficult to understand the documentation presented to them?

I know this is a very vague question, but I'm at my tail end trying to improve but creating better projects that use the newer systems Unity has brought out.
