read_phone_state

    Hi @all!

    Recently, I updated Unity Iap to 1.9.3 to avoid read_phone_state permission in android manifest. All was ok.
    A week after, I installed facebook sdk, and then, when I compile apk, unity always inserts read_phone_state.
    I 've searched in all files the funcion deviceUniqueIdentifier, but it's not inserted, and this permission is not appearing in none of manifest.

    Anybody has an idea of how can i remove this permission? Unity version is 5.3.7
