Read from location ffffffff caused an access violation.

I'm trying to test my game's build and this error keeps happening. It runs in the editor though.

I think this has to be related to using .sbsar files in the game, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I already have all the procedural materials being preloaded.

I am using (and currently stuck on) version 2017.1.0f3

 

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, since I'm a gamer, not a Developer. However, I am having the issue mentioned above while playing subnautica. The attached error and output log match mine almost word for word.
