Re-usable bones with Unity 2D Animation

    Hi there,

    How can I reproduce the copy / paste fonction in the Sprite Editor ( Skinning ), with a script, to create new animated characters at runtime ? image.png

    Using 2D Animation.

    I would like to create only one rig for my project, and then use this rig in game but with skinning update. Is this possible ?

    Okay, how do we delete a post ? It's all good, just use shader to swipe textures.

    I recommend you use the edit feature with the solution you found for this as it could potentially help other users in the future! No need to delete it :)!

    @Wolfie_lu you could also try the Sprite swap. In the link there is a sample for animated swap that demonstrates how to swap parts of the character. Hope you find it helpful
