Re-support for close fit shadow mapping?

    Has URP dropped support for close fit shadow mapping? Will it ever return?

    Many developers actually prefer the use of close fit shadow mapping because it renders higher resolution shadows at the expense of wobble. But doesn't it only wobble in perspective projection and not orthographic? A lot of orthographic games made in URP could benefit from using higher resolution close fit shadows.

    Pretty! Close Fit shadows are the greatest secret to making Unity Shadows look good. Stable avoids shadow swimming a little to aggressively

    Yeah, I'm super glad it was a setting I discovered very early when starting with Unity, otherwise I wouldve been very unhappy haha
