Re-Activate Screen

    Hello, i tried to re-activate my Unity licence to Personel, at first i filled out the survey and pressed next button but it stayed at screen, not skipped. I tried again and now it stays at "Personel / Pro" screen. I delete Unity and download newest version but that problem still remain. I put the screenshot too.

    Could you help me?
