Re-activate license after windows 10 upgrade

    Recently i upgraded to windows 10 and now when i start up unity it tells me to re-activate my licence.
    I've reinstalled 3 times now and it still doesn't work

    Is there anyone who knows how to solve this?

    Doesn't Unity give you an option to return licence?
    Returning and re-entering it worked for me.

    when I do that it gives an error that my serial was never registrated on this pc

    that could be correct since i transfered unity and my projects from my laptop but i can't seem to get rid of it
