Raycast top-down Light

    Hello!

    I'm developing a game where there is a field of view like Monaco.
    I did the raycasting and now I really can't find a way to make light to follow the raycast pattern. Any ideas?

    The raycasting looks like this:

    I'm curious if this can be used to calculate fake shadows for a level. I'm trying to recreate something like the original doom or heretic's shadows.

    I assume it only needs to calculate once per level load as long as the "lights" do not move positions.

    EDIT: To clarify I'm looking for very hard edge aliased lights to go with very low res pixel art level textures. This is also for a mobile project, so I'm looking for a cheap substitute to shadows and light maps.
