Feedback Raycast target off by default please.

    it'd be great if UI was fixed by turning off by default all Raycast targets. Button exception.
    Having to turn off this default on the checkbox every time we add a new UI element is annoying. If we forget, is dangerous for performance, dangerous functionality.
