Raw data export outage?

    Hi, I was just wondering if there is a known issue with raw data exports at the moment. We are unable to download any data for events from September 26th onwards (either with our automated importer or just using the dashboard). Is this a known issue and, if so, are there any estimates for when things will be up and running again?

    Thanks Jeff. Also, is there a site where outage information for analytics or other unity services are posted? It would be useful to just have a quick reference rather than having to bug anyone in the forums

    Sorry no. We tried that, but it was impossible to devote resources to keep it up to date during a situation, and had it's own issues (server service logging rarely found the issue, it's always something new). Agreed that would be preferred.
