Resolved Raw data export not finding any data when overview show there is.

Hello everyone,

I am currently attempting to export raw data for events that took place in my game during the months of November and December 2022. However, I am encountering an issue with the export process. Although the overview section indicates that there were active players during this time period, the raw data export shows that no data was recorded.

I am certain that players did indeed engage with the game during this time period, but I am unsure why the raw data export is not reflecting this. To provide more context, I have attached an image showcasing the player activity in the overview section and two other images from the raw data export showing that no data was recorded.

If anyone has any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Yes, it is on raw data export in Legacy Analytics. Thank you for your assistance. I have sent the information via PM.

 

For those how experience the same issue,the problem is that raw data export only goes back 3 months. Beyond that, consider your data as lost.
