Raw Data Export greyed out despite being Pro

I can't seem to access my Raw Data Export despite being on a Pro license - any ideas what is going wrong?

You likely may be a member of several organizations, can you confirm? If so, you can transfer a project between orgs as described here https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-u...my-Project-to-a-different-Unity-Organization-

 

Yep you're right - I indeed a member of several organisations. I'll look into this and get back to you if I still can't work it out. Many thanks for the reply...

 

Hi again. Sorry to revive this but I seem to have hit an issue. My Unity Pro license is provided by my organisation but I am only listed as a User in that organisational group. Does this mean I will not be able to transfer the project to this group and enable Raw Data Export? Do I need to be at least a Manager for it all to work?
